1. Reservations and Payments
1.1. A valid credit card or advance payment is required to secure your reservation. 1.2. All bookings are subject to availability. 1.3. Rates quoted are per room per night and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. 1.4. Any additional charges (e.g., meals, minibar, or other services) will be charged upon check-out. 1.5. Full payment is required at check-in unless otherwise specified.2. Cancellation Policy
2.1. Cancellations must be made at least 3 days (72 hours) before the scheduled check-in time to avoid charges. 2.2. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the check-in time or no-shows will incur a charge equivalent to the full stay. 2.3. Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled or modified.3. Check-In and Check-Out
3.1. Check-in time is from 3:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. 3.2. Check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability and additional fees. 3.3. Valid government-issued photo identification is required at check-in.4. Guest Responsibilities
4.1. Guests must comply with all hotel policies and procedures. 4.2. Damages caused by guests to hotel property will be charged to the registered guest’s account. 4.3. Guests are responsible for safeguarding their belongings. The hotel is not liable for lost or stolen items unless deposited in the hotel’s safety deposit box. 4.4. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and designated non-smoking areas. Violation will result in a cleaning fee of €500.5. Children and Extra Beds
5.1. Children under 3 stay free of charge when using existing bedding. 5.2. Extra beds are available upon request and subject to an additional fee.6. Pets
6.1. Pets are allowed only in designated rooms and must be confirmed at the time of booking. 6.2. An additional cleaning fee of € 15,00 per night will apply. 6.3. Guests are responsible for their pets’ behavior and cleanliness.7. Events and Group Bookings
7.1. Special terms and conditions apply for group bookings and events. 7.2. A deposit is required for event reservations, which may be non-refundable. 7.3. All event guests must comply with hotel policies.8. Liability
8.1. The hotel is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to guests’ belongings unless caused by hotel negligence. 8.2. Guests are advised to obtain appropriate travel and medical insurance.9. Force Majeure
9.1. The hotel is not responsible for any failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions.10. Governing Law
10.1. These terms and conditions are governed by French law.
10.2. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dordogne, France.
